 How to factory reset

Model SHS-3321
1 Unlock and then open the door to pull the magnetic sensor away from the magnetic tab.

Press and hold the register button for 10 seconds. You will hear a beep when you first push it, another at 5 seconds, and a third at 10 seconds.

Quickly input on the keypad the master reset code 1470852369* (star key). The keypad will then turn off. 3 beeps will mean the factory default was a success, if you hear 4 consecutive beeps then it failed. If you failed repeat the process until you succeed.

You will the shut the door so the magnetic sensor comes in contact with the magnet tab. This will reinitialize the door. The password will be reset to 1234. All saved data will be deleted.
