Official Manufacturer Warranty

HDVideoDepot is an Official Authorized Dealer for all brands we sell, including BlackVue, Samsung (Zigbang), and Maxler. This means your purchase is fully protected.

Warranty Coverage

• Dash Cams (BlackVue): 1-Year Manufacturer Warranty on the main unit and microSD card. (Extended warranty may apply if registered with the manufacturer).

• Digital Door Locks: 1-Year Limited Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.

• CCTV Systems: 1 to 3 Years depending on the specific model and brand.

• Accessories: 90-Day to 1-Year Warranty depending on the item.

How to Claim Warranty If you experience any issues with your product:

1. Contact Us First: Email us at sales@hdvideodepot.com with your order number and a description of the issue.

2. RMA Process: If the unit is defective, we will guide you through the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process to repair or replace your unit directly through the manufacturer or our facility.

Note: The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
