Return and Refund Policy

At HDVideoDepot, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We have designed our return policy to be fair, transparent, and hassle-free.

30 Day Return Window

You may return your item within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a full refund, the item must be returned with all original packaging, accessories, and manuals.

• Brand New Items: Must be returned with all original box contents.
• Open Box / Used Items: Must be returned in the same condition as received, including all accessories provided.

No Restocking Fees

We believe in a worry-free shopping experience. We do not charge any restocking fees for Brand New, Open Box, or Used items, provided they are returned in complete condition with all original accessories and packaging.

Defective Products and Warranty

As an Official Authorized Dealer, all our products are covered by the full manufacturer warranty. If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately. We will assist you with troubleshooting or processing a warranty exchange directly with the manufacturer.

How to Request a Return

1. Contact Us: Email our support team at sales@hdvideodepot.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.
2. Pack Your Item: Place the item and all accessories securely in its original packaging.
3. Ship the Item: Mail your return to the address provided with your RMA number.

Return Shipping Costs

To ensure your satisfaction, we offer Free Return Shipping on all eligible returns within the 30-day window. We will provide a prepaid shipping label for your convenience.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected to confirm all accessories are included, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 2 to 5 business days.
