Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time We pride ourselves on fast fulfillment. All in-stock orders are processed and shipped directly from our warehouse in California, USA within 1 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Domestic Shipping (USA) We are pleased to offer Free Ground Shipping on all orders within the United States. We also offer expedited shipping options via USPS and UPS for faster delivery. Expedited rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.

International Shipping We ship internationally to select countries. Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs delays beyond our control.

Duties and Taxes (International Orders) Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are collected by the carrier upon delivery. HDVideoDepot is not responsible for any customs fees.

Lost or Delayed Packages If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package:

1. Please check with household members or neighbors who may have received it for you.

2. Allow an extra 1 to 2 business days, as carriers sometimes scan packages prematurely.

3. If the package is still missing, contact us immediately at sales@hdvideodepot.com so we can assist you.
