How to Factory Reset SHS-P718


Model Mortise type: SHS-P718
1 Unlock and open the door.

Press and hold the register button for 5 seconds. You will hear a beep when you first push it, another at 3 seconds, and a third at 5 seconds.

Quickly input on the keypad the master reset code 4560852580* (star key). The keypad will then turn off. 3 beeps will mean the factory default was a success, if you hear 4 consecutive beeps then it failed. If you failed repeat the process until you succeed.

Shut the door and let the door lock automatically lock. The password will be reset to 1234. All saved data will be deleted.
