Refunds / Exchanges Policy

We are always trying our best to provide the dash cams, digital door locks and security cameras to our loyal customers. However, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we will provide a hassle-free return or exchange within one month of your purchase date. Please contact our customer service so that we can provide possible alternative solutions and further instructions to your return/exchange

Price Match Policy

If you find a better price for one of our items, let us know by phone or email and we will match the price. This also applies to all orders for up to 7 days after the purchase date. We can match our own price or a competitors, just in case you bought the day before a big sale. The price match request must be made before purchase or during the 7 day period and a refund of the difference will be processed accordingly. Price matching will not be applicable to orders past the 7 day period, from unauthorized sellers, or listings that are out of stock. Price match will only be applicable to items that have the same model number: adding, deducting, or exchanging models will not be allowed.

Returns/ Exchanges process

Please send an email to our customer support at for a return authorization. Items returned late, opened, used, damaged or missing parts will be subject up to a 30% restocking fee and any shipping that was charged is not refundable.

Defective items must be reported to us within 7 days of receipt. We will provide a return label for such items for refund or replacement. If the return reason is inaccurate then it will be subject to a restocking fee as well.

After the return request has been authorized you will receive a RMA#. Please reference that RMA# when returning your item to the address below. Once your return has been received, we will usually process and refund your request within 1-3 business days. Depending on your bank, you will see a return credit on your statement within 5-7 business days once the refund has been issued.
